- Good Mornin' ;)
-
-
- I'm just surfin' the net and discovered (for testing best go to
- the amiga-web-directory ;) that most pictures (gifs) aweb1.0 shows
- are totally messed up....damn...this is an essential problem/bug !
-
- One dude said the reason is a too high maxtransfer-value of the hd.
- I have to say i never had *any* problems with datatransfers-rates/errors
- or something of my hd. (Btw. how can one find out THAT the maxtransfer
- definetively IS too high ?)
- I had this problem with the messed up pictures once with another program
- (imageengineer)....after i set my max-transfer value lower with hdtoolbox
- (as the docs told for problem-solving) nothing has changed...it still all
- looked damaged/messed up...
-
- Ok..back to Aweb...he's talking about the "picturedt43"...i looked in aminet
- util/dtype..there *IS* no picturedtV43...(what is it (good for)) and where
- to get it ?
-
- What should i set my screen-prefs to (how many colours ? 256 ?) so one gets
- pictures/inlines as it should be ? When i set the screen to 8/16 cols
- it dont look good ;)
-
-
-
- Ok..thank you !
