  18. I'm just surfin' the net and discovered (for testing best go to
  19. the amiga-web-directory ;) that most pictures (gifs) aweb1.0 shows
  20. are totally messed up....damn...this is an essential problem/bug !

  22. One dude said the reason is a too high maxtransfer-value of the hd.
  23. I have to say i never had *any* problems with datatransfers-rates/errors
  24. or something of my hd. (Btw. how can one find out THAT the maxtransfer 
  25. definetively IS too high ?)
  26. I had this problem with the messed up pictures once with another program 
  27. (imageengineer)....after i set my max-transfer value lower with hdtoolbox
  28. (as the docs told for problem-solving) nothing has changed...it still all 
  29. looked damaged/messed up...

  31. Ok..back to Aweb...he's talking about the "picturedt43"...i looked in aminet
  32. util/dtype..there *IS* no picturedtV43...(what is it (good for)) and where
  33. to get it ?

  35. What should i set my screen-prefs to (how many colours ? 256 ?) so one gets
  36. pictures/inlines as it should be ? When i set the screen to 8/16 cols 
  37. it dont look good ;)
